What’s appcompat_v7?

appcompat_v7 is a help library for Android backward compatibility. Everyone knows that there’s a lot of variations of Android OS and every OS variations have adjustments to Android API, and in in a position for the older variations to adapt the fixed adjustments in API, libraries similar to appcompat_v7 was very useful to make previous Android variations appropriate with the code written for the newer Android variations.
