Dr. Ali Ataie discusses Isaiah 53, and James and Paul

Dr. Ali Ataie discusses two topics:

1. Isaiah 53. He explains how Jewish exegetes have dealt with this passage. Who could the Suffering Servant be according to the Jews? And how do the Christian arguments fail?

2. James the Brother of Jesus and the Apostle Paul. Dr. Ali presents a narrative history of how we went from Jesus to Muhammad. This includes explaining the early, post-apostolic, and modern conflicts between proto-Islam/Islam and proto-orthodox/trinitarian Christianity. He touches upon the Nazarenes, Ebionites, and the patristics and how all of these things relate to the Quran’s Christology.
